Rayka Technology Inc. operates from Ontario, Canada. Personal information on this site is handled under Canada's federal private-sector privacy law, PIPEDA, and Canada's anti-spam legislation, CASL. This page says exactly what this site does — and does not do — with your information.

What this site stores on your device

This build sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party trackers. It uses your browser's local storage for three functional items only, none of which leave your device:

Your cart — the items and quantities you have added.
Your theme choice — light or dark.
Your consent choice — so the banner does not ask again.

Clearing your browser data removes all three. The consent banner offers "Essential only" honestly: there is currently nothing non-essential to refuse. If analytics are ever added, they will run only after an explicit "Accept".

What is transmitted, and to whom

Order enquiries and the contact form open a pre-filled message in your own email app, addressed to Maya@rayka.ca. Nothing is stored on this website; you see the full message before you choose to send it.
When card checkout goes live, payment is completed on Rayka's secure checkout operated by its commerce platform, under that platform's own privacy policy. This site never sees or stores card numbers.
No email marketing without consent. Under CASL you will only receive commercial email from Rayka if you have expressly opted in, and every message will include a working unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you may ask what personal information Rayka holds about you, ask for a correction, or withdraw consent. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
